Our senior team has over sixty years of experience in transaction and investment support. As well as advising, we are able to empathise with clients undertaking investment decions. We have ourselves participated in MBOs, bought and sold a variety of businesses, and invested in companies whilst working in acquisitive corporates, private equity houses, and fund management.

The Partners

Richard Ramsay's experience is mostly in industrial and consumer products and services, and retail businesses. Richard works for many of the major pan-European Private Equity funds focusing on the operational and financial performances of target or owned businesses. His previous experience includes working for Hill Samuel, County NatWest and Duke Street. Richard has worked on projects throughout the UK and continental Europe and the US. Richard holds a degree from Nottingham University in Economics, is a member of the Institute of Bankers and has assisted with Insolvency Law reviews.
